Structure and working principle:

The manually operated pressure pump consists of a handle, piston rod, breathable body, pump cover, oil drain handle, fine adjustment handle, gauge joint, etc. Rotate the oil drain handle to close the oil drain valve, shake hands to operate the pressure pump handle, firmly grip, and relax repeatedly, thereby driving the piston rod to move back and forth. The piston rod can generate an output pressure of 0-60Mpa by reciprocating several times.

Precautions for use

1. Standard table and calibration table for connecting pipes used for joints. ​

2. When pressing, tighten the switch valve clockwise, and when unloading, the opposite is true.

​3. During the inspection process, attention should be paid to keeping all parts sealed. After calibration, the instrument should be unloaded before disassembly, otherwise dangerous damage to the instrument may occur.

​4. When installing the instrument, the threaded joint shall be wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene Thread seal tape to ensure sealing.
